Exchanges & Returns
If you want to exchange your item for something else, please follow the return steps and place a new order afterward.
If you are not satisfied and want to return the item, follow the steps below.
- Register your return via info@luvrili.com
Include your order number, name, and item number(s). - Pack the undamaged and unused items securely.
- Mark the items you are returning on your packing slip and, if applicable, indicate the reason for return. A return form is not required.
- Go to a shipping location and send your items back. The return shipping costs are at your own expense.
- Keep the tracking code of your return shipment safe, so you can check if your return has been delivered to us.
- The purchase amount will be credited within the legal period of 14 days.
Please note!
If you used free shipping above a certain amount, and the total amount drops below this threshold after returning items, we reserve the right to charge the shipping costs.
Items must be returned within 14 days; items returned later cannot be processed.
If items are made especially for you or are clearly personalized, they cannot be returned.
Certain products are also excluded from return due to hygienic reasons.
Sale items with a discount of 50% or more cannot be returned.
